Duske Estes and John Stewart are owners of Zazu Restaurant and Farm located in Santa Rosa, California. They also own Bovolo Cafe in Healdsburg and the Black Pig Meat Company. This interview was recorded at Zazu in November of 2009.

Just got done listening. I am soooo hungry for bacon now. I will be up in Sonoma at the beginning of February and will definitely make a stop to Zazu!!! What fun people!
