A Winemakers journey can be almost as complex as the wine he or she makes. The road is long and can include travels around the world or their own back yard…but mostly around the world. Ian Burch is, as of this writing, in the middle of his second harvest at Archery Summit Winery in the Willamette Valley but he has travelled that long road and still has many vintages ahead of him. We recorded this interview in the Archery Summit caves during a busy day at the winery so your likely to hear the voices of wine lovers exploring. Ian was great fun to talk to and his enthusiasm for life is contagious.
