Winemakers always have a different take on how they see the world. They have more of a specific sense of nature, timing, tasting and urgency. Greg Morthole is winemaker for Davis Bynum Winery in Sonoma. Its really fascinating to hear him describing his Chardonnay. During the Sonoma County Barrel auction back in April, Greg took a little time to chat with us in between tastings. Here he has a moment to relax with us in the eye of the hurricane.
