Likely one of the most important elements of winemaking is experience. Eric Risch and Tom Rinaldi have that covered. Patent Wines is the result several years in the wine business and some very notable labels to their credit. Never to be taken too seriously, they make some seriously great wine. Best of all is the laughs that come with hanging out with these two.
You can also hear Tom on our Vino Lingo segment defining the term “Rutherford Dust”.
This week on our Vino Lingo Video segment we feature Winemaker Tom Rinaldi from Napa Valley, defining the term “Anger Management”. Learn more by Googling Tom Rinaldi (not the sports guy)
Ever wonder what the heck winemakers
are talking about when you hear words like
Budding
Elevage
Double Dry
Hard Bung?
These words are fascinating, educational and just plain fun,
especially when defined by the winemakers themselves. Take a listen
while sipping your favorite wine, and learn how it became the wine
you love!
