Since starting this project back in 2008, we have interviewed well over 300 winemakers and owners…thus creating an archival wealth of industry stories. For this program we reach back to one of our most popular podcasts, originally recorded in 2010. Robin Lail’s family is a major part of Napa Valley history. Her family reaches back to the 1800’s when winemaking was still years away from Prohibition. This podcast runs in two parts. Later in the year we will run the follow up interview with Robin from February, 2011.
