Podcast #347-Alex Holman, Notre Vue Estate, Sonoma

September 9, 2019by Ray FisterNo Comments

First thing I must say is to give Alex Holman a great deal of credit for meeting with us to do this interview. The winery tasting room caught fire the day before our meeting, but Alex agreed to meet anyway. Notre Vue Estate is located in the town of Windsor, Sonoma County. Since there was major activity cleaning up after the fire, we met at their outdoor tasting space on the hill behind the winery. While Alex is the new winemaker at Notre Vue, he’s been in the business for quite some time and this is one crazy way to start a new job.

You can hear Alex on our Vino Vingo segment defining the wine term “Native Fermentation”
