December 10, 2018by Ray FisterNo Comments

In order to become a well informed winemaker, schooling in wine and viticulture is a must. No pun intended. Mike Moyer is Director of Wine and Viticulture Technology at Lake Michigan College in Bentor Harbor, Michigan. The Michigan wine industry is growing fast and Mike’s program has people from all different backgrounds learning the finer points of wine. Lake Michigan College was the first stop on our Michigan Winery Tour. In order to be a wine educator, you need experience, and while Mike looks young, he has definitely been around the block. Pun intended.
