Honig Vineyard and Winery produces exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. And a Rosé. That’s pretty much it. But in Napa Valley, Cab is King! After meeting her several years ago, we finally got together with Stephanie Honig at the winery during Premiere week. It’s a funny thing but most wine people have an real interesting background. Stephanie is no different. We had a great chat and it turns out, a couple things in common.
