As you’ve likely discovered, wineries produce and bottle several different varietals, while some specifically focus on what they are best at. Honig Vineyard and Winery produces exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. And a Rosé. That’s pretty much it. But in Napa Valley, Cab is King! After meeting her several years ago, we finally got together with Stephanie Honig at the winery during Premiere week. It’s a funny thing but most wine people have an real interesting background. Stephanie is no different. We had a great chat and it turns out, a couple things in common.
