Italian wine and the city of Chicago seem to go together. It’s not the first time we’ve made that statement. And so we find ourselves back at Chicago’s Macello Italian Restaurant in the west loop chatting with Italy’s Giovanni Folonari of ANG Folonari. It’s easy to develop a love for Italian wines but most helpful when listening to an expert like Giovanni giving you a background.
