Is it the bubbles that make Champagne rise to the top of wine lists everywhere? Champagne has gone far beyond the “drink of celebration” to become an every day favorite. Michelle De Feo has been immersed in the bubbles business for a good long time and loves every minute of it. Michelle is President of Laurent-Perrier US and we spoke with her from her New York office just last week to learn more about this magical beverage.
