Diversity is one of the most interesting aspects of the wine business in Napa Valley. You’ll find many men and women winemakers as well as winemakers from all over the world….French, Danish, Swiss, Italian and Australian to name a few. For this program we spoke with Australian born Susan Doyle, General Manager and Winemaker for Spring Mountain Vineyard. Susan grew up on a ranch so it seemed natural to make her way in to the wine business. We caught up with Susan at the vineyard during Premiere Napa Valley week in mid Feburary.
