I LOVED this comment and almost spit out my coffee when I heard Brian say it during the podcast. We are always fighting a negative bias against hybrid grapes in the cooler climate regions of North America, but more and more people are starting to accept them as just “wine grapes” instead of “hybrid grapes” and enjoy the wines they make. Well made and delicious wine is well made and delicious wine, no matter the lineage of the originating grapes.
