During my recent tour meeting Coombsville AVA winemakers, I spent some time with Julien Fayard at his tasting room in downtown Napa. The interview starts quietly enough then, shortly the room grew to a good sized happy crowd of Fayard wine lovers. Julian is a delight to talk to and his candid opinions were refreshing.
