Winemaker Jean Hoefliger has been a friend for many years. I learn something new every time we talk. He makes excellent wines for several labels. This time I caught up with him, in person, at the AXR Winery on highway 29 during a wine club event. This was one of the best interviews I’ve ever done with Jean. Honest and to the point.
