Sonoma is an incredible place to explore. Several new and older AVA’s cover the landscape from north to south, mountain to coast. Wineries in Sonoma vary in wines as well as wine styles. But the most fun is traveling the county and discovering the many wineries. It amazes me how completely different the landscape is from Napa County. This week we feature Pete Soergel, Winemaker at Lynmar Estate in Sebastopol. Fresh off the press, Pete was recently promoted to Director of Winemaking & Vineyards. Pete is a native of Pittsburgh but has found his roots in Sonoma.
