It’s all about the slope…in this case, an extreme slope. At Clos de la Tech, it takes a custom made slope management system to farm one vineyard. Considering Valeta Massey went to school to be an engineer, in the end it makes sense she is now in the wine business. Valeta is the winery and vineyard manager at Clos de La Tech and she took the time in December to chat with us on the phone.
