Many that visit wine country dream of becoming a vintner or winemaker, but few make the dream come true. Sheree Thornsberry and her husband Brian did in fact, make the dream come true and then some. I met with Sheree and Winemaker Ashley Herzberg at Grand Cru Custom Crush just a few weeks ago, where they make Innumero Wines. Here we get to learn what it takes to really make that dream a reality.

Ehlers Estate Winery is always a fun place to visit and this time we met up with Winemaker Adam Casto and his four legged friend Adrian. Ehlers is found on Highway 29 just around the corner from the Culinary Institute of America, a historic area in Napa Valley. We talked about science, wine, vineyards and even ghosts. With a deep history like the Valley, how can there not be ghosts?
