Jake Gray, General Manager at L’Angolo Estate in the Willamette Valley goes back to day one of the winery operation. Jake is ironically from Davis, California, and UC Davis is well known for producing top winemakers. So why the career change? Those who get it, answer the call. We met with Jake at the tasting room a few weeks ago enjoying the morning sun while we talked about our common favorite subject, wine.
