Wine regions around the US have a long history of growing various grape varieties. The Finger Lakes region of New York State features a variety of wines that may surprise you. We had a great conversation with Atwater Vineyards Head Winemaker, Vinny Aliperti for this podcast. Vinny along with his wife, also own Billsboro Winery, just up Seneca Lake. This winemaker is a busy guy. But when you have passion for what you do, work becomes love.
