It takes experience and skill to open a new winery these days and Jessica Carroll is armed with both at JMC Cellars. Jessica opened only last year but her time in the business backs up her ability to make quality small lot wine. We had a great chat sitting outside the tasting room with rolling vineyards as the background. Jessica’s love for photography, the color blue and fine wine show clearly in her smile.
