Spending time with Winemaker Nick Goldschmidt is quite simply, fascinating. Vineyards and winemaking really go beyond passion for Nick. His knowledge is deep but he always explains his views on wine in easy to understand terms. Every conversation is a wine education filled with lots of laughs. I thank Nick for this interview as he had just arrived from Chile the night before and took the time to meet up with me at his office in Healdsburg. Cheers, Nick!
