Today’s interview revolves around two books, one about wine and the other not. I’ll leave you with that. Our guest for this podcast is Sommelier Philip MacConnell of The Chef’s Table in Walkers Point, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Philip’s love of wine is fully intertwined with his love of books. Philip came by the studio to give us his thoughts on one of the most important books written about wine. Perhaps its time to expand your library of wine authors.
