After having a previous life with what some would say is a normal job, James Frey made the jump to grape grower, and then to winemaker. Is winemaking not a normal job you may ask? Well, it’s a combination of agriculture, manufacturing, distribution and politics. Not to mention living in the past, the present and the future at the same time. It’s a lot of work. We met up with James at the winery during the start of harvest, with much activity going on in the background. At the end of the day it can be a normal job or just plain crazy. Listen to find out.
You can also hear James on our Vino Lingo segment defining the wine phrase, “Don’t Be A Fruit Pusher”.
