After another long break without major travel we finally meet up with a winemaker in person and on video! Shaun Lapacek is Co-Owner and Winemaker at Rock n’ Wool Winery in Poynette, Wisconsin. Rock n’ Wool is located just north of Madison, Wisconsin surrounded by acres of farmland. The weather in this part of the world can be unforgiving but Shaun has managed to make it work by producing some excellent wine. Should you try Wisconsin wine? Yes and in fact you should never pass up an opportunity to taste what is new to you.
