The Wine Foundry is custom winemaking facility located at the southern end of Napa proper. Kale Anderson makes wine there under his own label Kale Wines, as well as a new project called Parable. He also operates as a Consulting Winemaker for several other labels. We met up with Kale at The Wine Foundry just as the day was winding down and harvest was finally in the rear view mirror.

I met recently with wine journalist and author Dan Berger early one day in November and we chatted in a rather busy lobby of a Marriott Hotel. I could have listened to Dan for hours.
