For a wine lover, discovering a new wine label is always a fun. But when that wine comes from a very special place, it’s a downright thrill. Carneros in Sonoma County is just such a place. Steven Urberg is the Director of Winemaking for Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards in Sonoma and now has a brand new project called WindVane. We met up with Steven at Jellyfish on Rush Street in Chicago just a couple weeks ago to sample the wine that comes from that special place.
