Jane Lopes is Sommelier for Eleven Madison Park New York City and is one of seven cast members of Esquire Network’s television show Uncorked.  The show, similar to the documentary “Somm”, follows the experiences, successes and failures of these Somms as they work toward their Master Sommelier exam.  Uncorked premieres on the Esquire Network on November 10th. 

We managed to catch up with Jane via telephone to chat about her background, love for wine and just how the heck she ended up on the show.
