It’s a fairly well known fact that all 50 states are now making wine. With that comes the idea of keeping an open mind when tasting outside of better known wine areas. For this podcast we visited Orlando, Florida in mid February. Unusually the weather was chilly….but the tasting room at Quantum Leap Winery was extremely cool. Quantum Leap is located in a friendly little neighborhood just outside of downtown Orlando and offers some pretty impressive wines. We spoke with Co Owner Jill Ramsier and Tasting Room Manager Matt Uva about sustainable wines, the crazy wine business and even their pets.
