When you are a 14th generation French winemaker, you carry a serious responsibility
to show the greatness of the terroir. Christian Beyer Owner and Winemaker of Domaine Emile Beyer is doing just that. We met with Christian while visiting here in Milwaukee at Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro. During the interview we tasted just a few of the Beyer wines, which were very good indeed. And, Christian’s cause is to reintroduce the US to the excellence of Alsace wines. Lucky for us indeed!
