Australian wine should not be overlooked. Earlier this month we attended the Australia Up Close event held in Chicago. The quality was astounding and diversity was a big surprise. We spoke with Prue Henschke who along with her husband Steve, is owner of Henschke Winery. Prue was charming to chat with and shared her love and knowledge of viticulture with us.
