Podcast #239-Wine Industry Labor Shortage Part One

July 29, 2017by Ray FisterNo Comments

Like many areas of the agriculture industry, the wine business is experiencing issues regarding a shortage of labor in the vineyards as well as in the cellar. This Podcast is part one of a series looking at this concern. For this first part we feature interviews with three professionals in different sections of the business. We begin with Napa Valley Vineyard Manager Jesus Gonzalez, followed by Sonoma Winery Owner Ed Sbragia and finishing with Lori Holmgren the enology coordinator of Communicating for Agriculture Exchange Program (CAEP).
