Born in Burgundy to finding his way to the wine world of Bordeaux, Ferréol du Fou knows a lot about wine. The most important thing he will tell you is to judge for yourself. Wine can be confusing but if you let your own palate tell the story, you’ll always be correct. Ferréol visited the LBTV studio in Milwaukee just a few weeks ago to talk about Cháteau Troplong Mondot winery and pass on common sense thoughts on why wine should not be intimidating.
