Henrik Poulsen is a skilled winemaker with a palate that would amaze. Henrik was assistant winemaker along with winemaker Jean Hoefliger back at Alpha Omega’s very beginning. Now on his second vintage with AO, Henrik is back as winemaker, playing in some of Napa Valley’s most prestigious vineyards. Henrik is an old friend and it’s always fun to have a chat even if it’s just over the phone. He has become a long time resident of the city of Napa and never has life been so sweet.
