Well, it’s taken some time but our podcast has finally found its way to to the great state of Texas. Dave Bryant is the General Manager at 4.0 Cellars in Fredricksburg, which is soon to be known as the Texas Wine Collective. As a Napa Valley native, Dave knows his way around wine and his home is now in Texas wine country. We spoke with Dave during the final week of 2020 to learn a bit about Texas wine and discover exactly what the state has to offer the wine world.
