For its young age as a state, California has deep history and culture, reflecting the old west everywhere you go. Ancient Peaks Winery has a long history of its own and has been growing a surprising variety of wine grapes on the property. We caught up with Executive Vice-President Amanda Wittstrom-Higgins recently to learn more about the Paso Robles area and the many treasures you can find, especially in a wine glass.
