7th generation winemaker Charles de Bournet is CEO of Domaine de Lapostolle, a title which he considers to be Chief Entertainment Officer. Indeed, Charles was great fun to chat with during our phone call last week. A French family making wine in Chile is unique, but growing wine with vines over 100 years old having never experienced phylloxera, that is something else.
