Art, Wine and Nature make up the essence of Aperture Cellars, which is found in the lovely town of Healdsburg. Hillary Sjolund is Associate Winemaker at Aperture and she works closely with Winemaker Jesse Katz to produce the very finest wines in Sonoma. I caught up with Hillary in early December of 2022 to learn how the art of photography and design contribute to what it takes to make great wine.
