The wines of Cloudy Bay have long been a pioneer in deep green practices and regenerative agriculture. This New Zealand Winery dates back to 1985 and has made its mark with sustainability along with top quality wines. Nikolai St. George is the Senior Winemaker and I talked with him by phone a couple weeks ago. I’ve tasted these wines and they are simply extraordinary. Nikolai is not only dedicated to wine but he has a lifelong love for agriculture. Clearly.
