Along Silverado Trail on the opposite side of the street from Soda Canyon Road, you’ll find the gates of Seven Apart. This winery has grown into a Napa Valley space with great history in its soil. Morgan Mauréze is Winemaker, born in France but raised in Napa Valley. Morgan still speaks French but has also grown into the Valley like a regular “Napkin”. I met up with Morgan a few weeks ago to talk about this extraordinary wine and how it came to be. A visit to this property is like a visit to a spa. Drink, relax, repeat.
