Sparkling Wine made in the traditional method has followers all over the world, but you may not always think of Napa Valley in that category. Paula Kornell grew up in Napa Valley and spent her early years in the wine cellar as well as vineyards. Sparkling Wine is her passion and you can easily say its in her blood. I visited with Paula back in February to talk about her love of Bubbles and what the future holds for he beloved Valley.
