The best part is learning about different wine producing areas….especially in the US. Scott Elliff has found Virginia specifically, an area next to the Shenandoh National Park, an excellent area to grow grapes and make wine. Scott is the owner of DuCard Vineyards located in Madison County, Virginia. We talked with Scott by phone last month and in that conversation, once again, learned to open our minds.
