This is gonna be a fun interview. I said that to myself before talking with Winemaker Aaron Pott and was able to relive that fun during the edit. Aaron is silly, serious, not serious, itelligent, passionate and most of all, an easy guy to talk to.

After working through complicated schedules, we finally spoke with Aaron at Quixote Winery in the Stag’s Leap District of Napa Valley in June of this year.
