While all fifty states now produced wine, Oregon has gained a solid reputation for some of the very best Pinot Noir in the country. The Willamette Valley has grown, and producers are expanding the grapes they farm. Wayne Bailey, Winemaker at Youngberg Hill is one of those producers. Though the winery hangs it’s hat on Pinot, Wayne has no problem stepping out of his comfort zone. Take a listen and see why.
