The human element that contributes to great wine is instinct, that’s according to Michael Twelftree, Proprietor of Two Hands Wines in Australia. Michael has his own method of making wine and it seems to be all about common sense. We spoke with Michael last week by phone from Australia just before he made his daily trek to the winery. It’s not about dissecting the wine, but enjoying it. Michael’s love for wine is clearly equal to his love for life.
