Lisa Strid is Winemaker at Aridus and we spoke with her by phone just before Thanksgiving. Its fascinating to think about making wine at high altitudes. But as we’ve learned from previous podcasts, wine can be made in many different growing conditions, its the winemaker that makes the difference. I’ve tried a few her wines and they were excellent. Keeping an open mind can pay dividends.
