While our focus here at Life Between the Vines is on Winemakers & Vintners, from time to time it’s interesting to look outside the winery and into the hospitality world. Robbi Jo Oliver is a Sommelier and heads up Mastro’s Restaurants Wine & Spirits area. Education and development carries a lead role in bringing every restaurant guest a truly fine dining experience. Robbi Jo works out of Los Angeles and we caught up with her to get a bit of an inside look and the craziness that goes on in the restaurant biz.
