Vineyards cover the hills and valley, growing some of the worlds best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. I call Oregon a must visit state for wine. So when travel resumes, it’s my hope to meet in person with Utopia Vineyard owner and winemaker Dan Warnshuis. I spoke with Dan by phone last week to learn about his winery and to be updated on tasting room openings.
