Napa Valley’s Peju Winery now has a sister winery located in the much cooler Carneros District. Calmére Estate wines fall under the watchful eye of winemaker Sara Fowler, a friend to our Podcast for many years. Our last interview with Sara was way back in 2012 so we figured it was time to get caught up. We often ask winemakers to pose for our story photos with as many wine bottles as they can hold. Sara likely has taken the record posing with six cases (72 bottles!) on her lap in the wine cellar! We call that, passion!
