Henry Pellet holds an important place in Napa Valley history. Pellet was an experimenter and innovator. But we’ll let Eric Risch tell you about that. Eric is the General Manager and Director of Winemaking at Pellet Estate. Eric filled us in on the history of this estate when we visited with him a few weeks ago. A fun fact, Tom Rinaldi, whom we interviewed on Podcast #341 is the Winemaker for Pellet. American winemaking may be young, but it’s grown up very quickly.
