What do you do when you find a huge heart shaped boulder on property being readied for planting?
The answer is tricky. But Coeur de Terre owner Scott Neal figured out what to do. Perfectly! Coeur de Terre is in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, where Pinot Noir rules. We met with Scott during day of the Pinot Noir Auction at the Allison Inn & Spa. There was a huge buzz previous to the auction and in the end, the association brought in over one million dollars. Not a bad day’s work, right?
You can hear Scott on our Vino Lingo segment defining the wine term “Muscular”.
